Amnesia (Folder - Apple II)

This is the Harper & Row packaging for Amnesia: a 22 x 22 cm folder (similar to Electronic Arts folder packaging), an address book, and a double-sided map of Manhattan. This package was autographed by Thomas M. Disch. Note that there is no disk, as it was never produced. A similar version exists for the C-64. I don't know how many copies of each packaging were made, but I suspect that very few were produced, if this is not a unique item.
