The Lost Ark of the Covenant (Ziploc bag)

The Lost Ark of the Covenant was packaged in a Ziploc bag. Inside the bag were a blue paper folder (simply a folder piece of paper introducing the game), an instruction sheet, a stapled 4-page hint book which included a map, and a double-sided diskette.

The artwork on the paper folder was the work of author John Botti.
